Anthill are on the look out for a new Customer Success Manager!
You will be the trusted advisor that our customers depend on. Helping meet their operational goals through using our platform and services.
From initial setup to ongoing success, you will be responsible for driving adoption, increasing usage and ultimately ensuring our customers love working with us.
We are seeking a dynamic candidate with masses of initiative, who will enjoy and excel in a fast paced, start-up style environment.
Strong experience of interpreting business requirements is essential as you will be the focal point for all customer initiatives and be responsible for proactively highlighting new ways customers can benefit using our platform.
You will be dealing with a range of Directors and Managers in many different Industries, so candidates must be able to show that they can build successful relationships with people, ensuring that our customers always feel they are getting the very best from the Anthill platform and our services.
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success.
