The Anthill Mob: James

Posted by anthillsoftwareleeds in Company - Last updated

Every month we sit down with one of the team here at Anthill HQ, to let you all get to know about them, and us, that little bit better…

Today it’s the turn of Customer Success Manager, James!

Q. What is your role?

Here at Anthill, my role is Customer Success Manager.

Naturally, my day to day gravitates around our customer’s needs and their Anthill life and experience.

You’ll often find me holding meetings with new customers around how we can configure their Anthill system to best fit their bespoke operation.

This ensures they get a great start with us as well as ongoing help and support.

Q. What was your first job?

When I was around 15, 16 I started working weekends at a clay pigeon shooting centre.

Before you ask, yes, I did get shot! Although only once I might add…

Q. What is your proudest moment at Anthill?

It’s hard to pick one moment in particular, the first few months have been a whirlwind in the best possible way.

However, I always get a sense of pride when I can assist a customer or set up something that makes a real difference to them and their operation.

Q. What are your goals for the year ahead?

Nice and simple; to learn more and more and to keep growing.

Q. What other organisations do you most admire and why?

I have a great deal of admiration for Gymshark, particularly for their founder Ben Francis.

From where he started, sewing the kit himself in his Mum’s garage, all the way through to being a household name in the fitness industry along with Nike or Adidas.

It’s pretty amazing.

Q. What are you adding to the Anthill playlist?

As a true metal fan at heart, I would say anything you can ‘head bang’ to.

The more drums the better!
