Integrate Winner Flex With Anthill

Welcome to the Anthill Guide on how to integrate Winner Flex with Anthill!

Integrating Anthill with Winner Flex allows you to create quotes and designs directly in Flex that automatically sync information to your Anthill system.

This facilitates a more streamlined approach for ordering and invoicing as all supplier data and product codes as available automatically in Anthill.

Prerequisites

You have Winner Flex installed on each machine that you want to use with Anthill.
Your Winner Flex Licences have ‘Winner Flex API’ enabled – speak with Cyncly to arrange this.
Your Winner Flex Licences have Webhooks enabled – speak with Cyncly to arrange this.

STEP1 : Connecting Accounts

To connect your Anthill and Flex accounts, you will need to complete the settings window below from Anthill integrations area.

API Key: This is found in your Winner Flex account – see image 1

CompanyGuid: This is found in your Winner Flex account – see image 2

Quote Types: These are the Anthill quote types that you want to populate from Flex

Image 2 – Company Guid

STEP 2: FLEX WEBHOOKS

Setting up the Flex Webhooks enables Flex to automatically send information to Anthill.

To do this, navigate the the admin area in Flex as shown below.

You will now need to add three webhooks using the Add Action button:

1. Design Created

When event occur = Design Created

Action name = Design Created

URL = https://[YOURSYSTEMNAME].anthillcrm.com/int/winnerflex/WebHookDesignCreated

click Add to complete.

2. Design Updated

When event occur = Design Updated

Action name = Design Updated

URL = https://[YOURSYSTEMNAME].anthillcrm.com/int/winnerflex/WebHookImportDesign

click Add to complete.

3. Document Created

When event occur = Document Created

Action name = Document Created

URL = https://[YOURSYSTEMNAME].anthillcrm.com/int/winnerflex/WebHookDocumentDownload

click Add to complete.

STEP 3: ANTHILL CONFIGURATION

Your Anthill CSM will be able to help arrange this for you.

The lead type that you wish to connect to Flex requires the following custom fields as text boxes, without a value.

WinnerFlex Project Guid
WinnerFlex Contact Guid
WinnerFlex Project Number
Quote Type

The location type requires:

Winner Flex Store Guid

The Winner Flex Store Guid needs to be populated with the Store Guid from Flex – this can be located from the Download Shop GUIDs link in the Flex settings window.
