How To Access Your Anthill Account

Welcome to the Anthill Guide on accessing your account!

The following document will outline the steps needed to enter your Anthill system. This includes inputting login details, resetting your password and adding a bookmarking to quickly navigate back to your system.

For the best experience with Anthill, make sure to use the most up to date version of your browser of choice (e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox).

Older browsers such as Internet Explorer are no longer updated by Microsoft. As such, they do not have the capabilities to run Anthill.

Access Your Account For The First Time

Every Anthill system has a URL that is unique to that company. All users within the same company will use the same URL to access the system. 

Often, this will take the following format, although this may vary depending on your system.

https://YOURCOMPANYNAME.anthillcrm.com/.

Remember to replace YOURCOMPANYNAME with your specific system details to access your account.

Your unique company URL needs to be typed into the address bar and can be accessed from the browser on both desktop and mobile.

If you are having trouble accessing your login page, please email the Anthill Customer Support team on support@anthill.co.uk.

Forgotten Your Password?

If you are unable to log in to your account or have forgotten your password, navigate to your login page and select the “Forgot Password?” option.

You will then be taken to a screen where you can enter your username and receive an email with a link to reset your password.

In the email, there will be a link which you can click to reset your password allowing you to access your Anthill account.

If you do not know your username or are struggling to access your account, please contact your manager who either be able to help or contact us for assistance.

Quick Access – Bookmark Your Anthill Account

Now you have accessed your Anthill platform, it’s a good idea to create a bookmark for the page, to ensure you can quickly access the system in the future.

Outlined below are the methods required to do this on both Desktop and Mobile Devices, for the following internet browsers:

Google Chrome

Microsoft Edge

Firefox

Safari (Desktop)

Safari (Mobile)

Quick Access – Create A Desktop Shortcut

Another approach for quickly accessing your Anthill account is to create a shortcut for your desktop.

If using Google Chrome, you must do the following:

1 – When on the Anthill dashboard, select the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the browser.

2 – Select “More Tools” then “Create A Shortcut”.

3 – Name your shortcut and click create. This creates the shortcut.

If using Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari, a shortcut can be created by:

1 – Resizing your web browser so you can see both the browser and your desktop in the same screen.

2 – Left click the icon located to the left side of the address bar. This is where you see the full URL to the website.

3 – Continue to hold down the mouse button and drag the icon to your desktop. This creates the shortcut.
