Migrating Account Activities

inThis article explains how to migrate a single activity from one account to another and how to migrate all activities.
The Anthill account record provides a single view of activities that a customer has had with your company.
This covers everything from enquires to appointments, leads to sales and any issues raised.


Account Migration
Using the Migrate option from the Account page action menu, will migrate all activities from the chosen account to the new one.
Select the delete tick box will also delete the account that you are migrating from – this is generally used when there are duplicate accounts that are being merged.
Please note the delete operation is final and can not be undone.
From the Account Action menu, click Migrate.
Use the search window to find the account you want to move the activity too.

Select the account that you want to move all activities too.

Activity Migration
To move a single activity to a different Account (C number) you can use the Migrate feature from the specific activity page action menu.
From the Activity Action menu, click Migrate.
Use the search window to find the account you want to move the activity too.

Select the account that you want to move the record too.

Clicking Migrate will complete the migration.
