Today it’s the turn of our Junior Customer Success Manager, Saoirse Fitzgerald!
Q. What is your role?
I am a Junior Customer Success Manager.
That means I spend most of my time looking after and understanding our clients’ needs while they embark on their company journey with Anthill 😃
Q. What was your first job?
Back home I was a teaching assistant for my old primary school in Dingle, Ireland.
Q. What is your proudest moment at Anthill?
There are a couple – firstly, taking on my first account after only being with the company for 3 weeks.
And secondly, climbing Pen y Ghent, one of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, with the team at the end of last summer.
Q. What are your goals for the year ahead?
To develop within my role and to continue to help and support my clients.
All whilst growing my confidence both within Anthill and the wider market.
Q. What other organisations do you most admire and why?
I’d have to say Twitch.
They’re a live streaming gaming company who I have always admired for how well they can bring a community together.
Everyone is welcome, no matter their background, with people coming together over a shared passion and love for the same thing, gaming.
Q. What are you adding to the Anthill playlist?
Walking on cars – don’t mind me.
