The following post documents the latest Product Release and Updates to the Anthill software platform.
Microsoft Teams Integration – NEW
Creating appointments in Anthill can automatically push into your Office 365 and Teams Calendar with the meeting link already included.
The appointment will also appear in the Calendar for your customers – nice!

Microsoft Single-Sign-On Integration – NEW
Gain Enterprise Level Security for your business.
Connect your Office 365 domain to support single-sign-on for your user base.
Users are automatically signed into Anthill when authenticated in Microsoft according to your company policy including Multifactor authentication via the Authenticator app.
When users are deactivated in Office 365 their access is automatically removed in Anthill.
SSO is included in our Enterprise Plan and available as a paid addon on for Professional Plan customers. Please speak with your CSM to explore further.

Xero Integration – Updates
It’s now possible to create Xero Tracking Categories in Anthill.
Once setup, data is automatically tagged against each line in customer and supplier invoices. Data supported for tracking categories include Showroom, User and Customer data.
Your accounts team can then analyse key financial reports such as Profit & Loss in powerful new ways.
Users are now able to set custom references numbers when creating invoices.

Winner Flex Integration – Updates
Adding Supplier notes to items in your Flex design automatically flow through and appear on Purchase Orders created in Anthill.
Marking items as not requiring ordering in your Flex design are automatically excluded from Purchase Orders in Anthill.
Discounted line items with 4 decimal places are now rounded to 2 decimal places to support invoice creation in Xero.


End User System Administration – NEW
To help your business take care of minor system maintenance internally, we have launched a new admin area.
Within this area your power users can:
- Create Users and Manage Access
- Manage Licences
- Manage Data Lists – update dropdown box values etc
- Manage Appointment Types
- Manage Attachment Types
