Welcome to the Anthill Guide on list management.
If you have the appropriate admin permissions, you will see the ‘Admin’ link in the top-right of your screen in Anthill. Clicking this will present you with the admin options that are available to you.
Please speak to your CSM if you have questions about access.
Overview
Many controls that end users interact with in Anthill are powered by a list of values. These can be checkboxes, dropdowns or radio buttons. These values often change over time. Now you can edit the values via our list feature.

Creating a New List
From the Manage Lists option in the admin area, click Add New.

Enter the name for the list. This value is only for internal use to use something meaningful for its intended purpose. The end user will not see the name of the list when interacting with the control.
Click Add New to add your first value.

Enter the value into the text box and click update.

Once you are happy with the values, click Save List.

Editing A Value
From the table of existing lists, select the list you wish to edit.
To change the value, order or delete an item, first select the item be clicking it.

The edit buttons will now be enabled.

When you changes are complete, click Save to update the list fully.
Connecting Lists to Controls
If your list is already connected to a control in Anthill you can simply edit the list and the changes will instantly be updated for users of the control.
If you have created a new list, you will need to speak with your CSM who can associate the list with the relevant control.
