Another week at Anthill HQ comes to a close with an exciting announcement…
We’re delighted to share the great news that we have two new additions joining the Anthill family.
Following a record year in 2020, our plans to grow the team across Development, Customer Success and Sales in the first half of the year have begun to come to fruition.
James Hagues and Sam Norris are both joining our Anthill Customer Success team based here at our HQ in Leeds city centre.
As a business we’re thrilled to have them coming on board to boost our already 5 star rated Customer Success team and help us continue to provide the highest levels of ongoing service to both new and existing clients.
James joins us from Legend Club Management where he held a senior Customer Success position, with responsibility for managing a team of 3 consultants.
His proven track record for consistently achieving client targets combined with a wealth of experience interacting with key stakeholders from across the business hierarchy will help make him a key asset for the future of our Customer Success offering.
Likewise, Sam will provide a keen eye for helping new and existing customers succeed having recently completed a Masters Degree in Sports Coaching from the renowned Leeds Beckett Carnegie Centre.
Sam joins us from NDL Software where for the past two and a half years he has helped support and fulfil the needs of a wide client portfolio.
We’re thrilled to have to them as a part of the team so join us in welcoming James and Sam, we’re certain they both have a bright Anthill future ahead of them!
