Every month we sit down with one of The Anthill Mob here at HQ, to let you all get to know about them and us that little bit better…
Today it’s the turn of Customer Success Manager, Kerri!
Q. What is your role?
My role is Customer Success Manager which means my typical day tends to be anything but typical!
Normal tasks include assisting existing customers with queries, onboarding new customers and providing demos to new prospects.
Beyond that, a key responsibility for me is ensuring our existing customers are utilising every functionality Anthill has to offer so they gain the most for their business requirements.
Q. What was your first job?
My very first job was working in a garden centre on weekends in my final year of school. After leaving, I then went on to work for software companies in London, before heading north to join the Anthill team here in Leeds.
Q. What is your proudest moment at Anthill?
One of my proudest moments working here was when I learned a small portion of JSON whilst configuring customer systems.
It’s great being taken out of your comfort zone to learn something new and working here always provides this opportunity.
There are constantly new functions being added to the software meaning you’re always growing your skillset which is great.
Listening to the roadmap ahead for Anthill and being part of those team decisions keeps me motivated on a daily basis, it’s exciting to hear where we are going as a business as well as a team.
One of the reasons I love working here is everyone from all departments works together, listening to each other’s opinions and supporting each other. It’s like having a second family.
Q. What are your goals for the year ahead?
My goals for the year ahead are to expand my knowledge on integration possibilities and fully understand the best use cases to ensure I can better support both my existing accounts and prospective customers.
I also want to ensure our customers are constantly kept up to date with new product releases and are continuously receiving the highest level of support, which in turn will ensure they receive the maximum benefits from using Anthill.
Q. What other organisations do you most admire and why?
Organisations I admire are those who not only consider what’s best for the business, but who also take into account the people behind the scenes.
I think it’s important for every business to remember that without a team of people behind you it would be difficult for any company to grow and to retain their customers.
John and the Management team at Anthill balance this perfectly which is another reason I enjoy working here.
Q. What are you adding to the Anthill playlist?
Hmm, I have a wide taste in music.. anything from 80’s club classics, 90’s throwbacks, R&B, House & old school garage, Indie to Afro beats. As long as it has a good beat or I can sing along I’m happy 😊
