Today it’s the turn of our Head of Customer Success, Michelle!
Q. What Is Your Role?
My role is Head of Customer Success. This means my day to day is centred entirely around keeping clients, old and new, smiling.
No two days are ever the same but you can guarantee everything the team and I do is focussed on establishing successful, long term partnerships with our customers.
Q. What was your first job?
I actually had my first job at a young age! Aged 14, I started working on an ice-cream van.
In Scotland, our ice-cream vans were quite different to what we have today! Although it was an ice-cream van in name, it sold everything from pet food to toilet roll.
Since then, each and every job I’ve had has always consisted of serving customers and keeping them happy.
Q. What is your proudest moment at Anthill?
Luckily, I have lots of proud moments. It’s hard to pick one out so I’ll indulge myself and choose three!
Firstly, our meeting at Homebase HQ. Their IT Director shared how, in all his years, he had not worked with a company who offered such a seamless roll out of a product and amazing onboarding process.
Second, the constant flow of amazing feedback and thanks from meetings with Account Directors and all their users within the Anthill system.
And finally, the KBB show in Birmingham last year. Every person that came to our stand was blown away with what Anthill could do! So many visitors had already heard about us and shared their unique success stories.
Q. What are your goals for the year ahead?
To keep providing the best support from our customer success offering and grow the team even further.
Likewise, to continue our recent trend of bringing even more large accounts onboard at record pace.
Q. What other organisations do you most admire and why?
I love seeing other similar sized, Yorkshire based companies sharing their success stories of growth, supporting the members of their team and aligning with similar values to Anthill.
Especially over the past year, we have all faced significant challenges yet overcome them.
Q. What are you adding to the Anthill playlist?
Anything and everything! I love all kinds of music although most of what I add falls into either country or Motown.
