Every month we sit down with one of the team here at Anthill HQ, to let you all get to know about them, and us, that little bit better…

Today it’s the turn of Customer Success Manager, Sam!

Q. What is your role?

My role is that of a Customer Success Manager which means every day is different. It’s the variety that I love.

I might be doing a demo to somebody who’s interested in finding out more about Anthill or improving our existing user experience.

Often that involves discussing action areas and making the necessary changes for existing customers or understanding processes of new clients and configuring Anthill based on their bespoke business needs.

Q. What was your first job?

My first foray in the world of work was behind the counter of a chip shop.

I only managed to stick it out for a few weeks!

Q. What is your proudest moment at Anthill?

It’s not necessarily a one off, but every time I make an improvement to a customer’s system, and they love it.

Over the past couple of months I’ve managed the end to end configuration of a few full systems and they’re now very close to going live.

So when they do I think that will overtake the rest to be my proudest moment.

Q. What are your goals for the year ahead?

To ensure all my customers carry on loving their Anthill system!

And to keep configuring for new customers embarking on the start of their Anthill journey.

Q. What other organisations do you most admire and why?

Without a doubt I’d say Apple and Tesla.

Being passionate about technology and working for a tech firm, you can’t help but admire them.

The products they offer, the capacity for innovation and their business model are all outstanding.

But more importantly, how they retain quality of customer service and user experience.

Q. What are you adding to the Anthill playlist?

Maybe some Drake, I’m not sure how the rest of the office feel about him actually.

Although I know Callum said him too so maybe I’m not alone there.
