Anthill have collaborated with Middletons to revolutionise their approach to producing and managing quotations. From creation through to delivery, the entire process can now be controlled with best practice followed every time.

Custom Quote Builder

Middletons required a consistent approach to guide staff through quotation generation, no matter whether the enquiry was made via the phone or in store.

To help achieve this, Anthill created a custom quote interface containing the required elements for users to configures quotes either in store or from the call centre.

Using the quick and easy quote builder, facilitated by a tablet optimised interface, Middletons can filter via categories to configure the various elements in which the customer is interested, e.g. beds, brands and sizes, and add the correct SKUs.

Any changes to pricing in line with discounts or promotions are accurately and consistently updated from within Anthill.

This change has allowed Middletons to adopt industry best practice in the effective and efficient production of quotation documentation.

An in-built signature option has further added to the capacity to create signed documentation online; including VAT exemptions and customer invoices.

Tailored Integrations

With high volumes of activity, Middletons’ aim was to ensure consistency and quality throughout the quotation and ordering process, without compromising efficiencies.

With this goal in mind, Anthill developed a tailored integration with the existing Netsuite ERP, enabling all product and pricing data to be synced with Middletons existing system.

As a result, Middletons staff can stay within their Anthill account to build the entire quotation, enhancing internal efficiencies whilst simultaneously facilitating a more controlled customer journey.

No Missed Opportunities

Maximising the percentage of conversions resulting from the new quotation process was a natural follow up focus for Middletons.

As part of the workflow, automatic prompts ensure the sales team can follow up opportunities at the optimal moment. Live pipeline data also improves the accuracy of forecasting for senior management.

The introduction of these customisable dashboards has revolutionised the way all Middletons staff access vital business information.

Using live data has enhanced the simplicity of reviewing everything from outstanding tasks to regional pipelines.
